About Returns
1. What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns or issue replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within
7 days of receiving your order, including photos and your order number.
2. What Cannot Be Returned?
Due to international shipping logistics, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.” Please confirm product details before placing your order.
3. Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim is approved, we’ll either resend the product or issue a refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.
